Dr. Lisa Larkin is a pioneering force in the realm of women's health,

such as Yale University and the University of Chicago, where she cultivated a
passion for delivering comprehensive care to her patients.
Since embarking on her medical journey in 1991, Dr. Larkin's career has been characterized by a steadfast commitment to excellence. She has traversed both academic and private practice landscapes, leaving an indelible mark in each domain. During her tenure as Associate Professor and Division Director of Midlife Women’s Health and Primary Care at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and later as Director of the UC Health Women’s Center, Dr. Larkin spearheaded innovative initiatives that reshaped the landscape of women's health care.
In 2016, driven by a desire to provide personalized, patient-centric care, Dr. Larkin founded Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati—a groundbreaking multispecialty internal medicine and women’s health practice. Under her visionary leadership, the practice flourished, expanding to three locations and employing a dedicated team of ten providers.
Never one to rest on her laurels, Dr. Larkin's ambitions extended far beyond the confines of Cincinnati. In 2019, she took a bold step forward by founding Ms.Medicine—a trailblazing healthcare organization committed to revolutionizing women's healthcare on a national scale. Through Ms.Medicine, Dr. Larkin has cultivated a network of seventeen women's health providers across eleven locations in eight states, significantly broadening access to specialized care for women across the country.
In addition to her clinical endeavors, Dr. Larkin is a respected leader in the field, actively shaping the future of women's health through her involvement in professional organizations. She serves as President of the Board of Trustees of The Menopause Society and holds esteemed fellowships with the American College of Physicians and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. Dr. Larkin's influence extends beyond clinical practice, as she dedicates her time to educating clinicians nationwide through the Ms.Medicine ProvidHERS education platform.

Dr. Maria Wright, MD, brings over two decades of expertise in internal medicine to her practice. A native
of Fairfield, Ill., Dr. Wright graduated summa cum laude with her undergraduate degree before earning
her medical degree as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honor society at Washington
University in St. Louis. Her exceptional academic achievements were further recognized with the
prestigious Missouri Award for Internal Medicine at her medical school graduation.
Following her passion for internal medicine, Dr. Wright completed her residency and chief residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where she was honored as the Intern of the Year for the 1993-1994 term. Board certified since 1997, Dr. Wright's dedication to her field has been evident throughout her career.
From 1997 to 2001, Dr. Wright served as both a practitioner and educator at Wright State University. In 2002, she joined Lisa Larkin, MD, & Associates, later transitioning to UC Health Women’s Center in 2012. Now, she brings her wealth of experience and expertise to Ms.Medicine, where she continues to provide exceptional care to her patients.

Specializing in diabetes management, hyperlipidemia, hypertension management, and preventative care, Dr. Wright is passionate about empowering her patients to lead healthy lives. Her expertise in menopause has been further recognized through her completion of an advanced credentialing course, earning her certification as a menopause clinician (NCMP) through the North American Menopause Society.

Ashley Shea, DNP, AGNP, NCMP, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in primary care, women’s
health, and menopause management.
With over a decade of nursing experience, Dr. Shea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio University before gaining valuable experience in critical care and home care settings as a registered nurse. In December 2018, she achieved her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, focusing on Adult Geriatric Primary Care, with magna cum laude honors from the University of Cincinnati.
During her clinical rotation with Dr. Lisa Larkin in 2018, Ashley discovered her passion for primary care and women’s health, which she now brings to Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati.
Ashley offers exceptional care to patients of all genders, spanning from young adulthood to the geriatric years. While the practice emphasizes women’s health, Ashley also delivers comprehensive care to her male patients.
A firm believer in patient education and fostering strong patient-provider relationships, Ashley is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care. She embraces the direct primary care model, allowing her to focus on patient education, lifestyle interventions, and disease prevention.
In 2020, Ashley attained certification with the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), demonstrating her commitment to evidence-based practice and exceptional care for midlife women and beyond. A Cincinnati native, Ashley resides in Anderson Township with her husband Matt, their two young children, and their dog Charli. She enjoys exploring local markets and parks, cheering on her children at their activities, and indulging in her love of coffee and books.

Suzanne Kahle, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience
spanning various healthcare settings. Graduating with a Master's in Nursing from Xavier University in
2014 and obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2019, Suzanne's educational journey laid
the foundation for her multifaceted career.
Throughout her schooling, Suzanne immersed herself in diverse clinical rotations, including women's health, pediatrics, and primary care. With over 240 hours of intensive training in primary care settings, she honed her skills to deliver comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
Before transitioning to her role as a Nurse Practitioner, Suzanne garnered invaluable experience as an inpatient hospital nurse, serving on medical surgical units and in critical care environments. Her subsequent work in the community as a hospice and palliative care nurse further enriched her clinical expertise and deepened her commitment to patient well-being.
Driven by a passion for improving community access to quality healthcare, Suzanne is devoted to empowering patients to take an active role in their health journeys. Her approach emphasizes patient education and collaboration, ensuring that individuals are equipped to make informed decisions about their care. Dr. Shazia Chaudhry, a native of Cincinnati, OH, pursued her undergraduate studies at Kent State
University, earning a BS degree in biology in just two years before attending medical school in Pakistan.
After completing her medical education, she returned to Cincinnati in 2001 to undertake her residency
in Internal Medicine at The University of Cincinnati.
With over 18 years of experience primarily in Hospitalist work, Dr. Chaudhry's career has focused on caring for both acutely and chronically ill patients. Despite her successful career, she felt a lack of connection with her patients due to time constraints in hospital medicine.
Driven by a desire for deeper patient relationships, particularly in women's health, Dr. Chaudhry transitioned to outpatient medicine. She joined Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati, where she will provide care at the new office in Mason, OH, with a focus on midlife and women's health.
Certified as a Menopause provider, Dr. Chaudhry aims to approach women's health holistically, addressing both physical and emotional changes, especially during menopause. Through the Concierge model, she will have more time to dedicate to each patient, offering extended access via office visits, phone calls, texts, and virtual appointments.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Chaudhry enjoys spending time with her family, community involvement, and personal hobbies like yoga, reading, and cheering on the Bengals. Jennifer Battaglia is a dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of
experience in providing comprehensive care to women across their entire lifespan. Her journey in
healthcare has been deeply rooted in a commitment to enhancing women's well-being through
evidence-based practices and a patient-centric approach. She holds a strong belief that every woman
deserves not just healthcare, but healthcare that is personalized, compassionate, and grounded in the
latest scientific research.
Jennifer's path in healthcare began when she graduated with her BSN from Miami University in 2001. She spent the first six years of her career as a registered nurse on a neuro medical-surgical unit, where she gained invaluable experience and insights into the complexities of healthcare. Following this, she dedicated five years of her career to the Mother-Baby unit at Kettering Hospital. It was during this time that her passion for women's health began to take shape.
Her experiences on the Mother-Baby unit fueled her desire to specialize in women's health. Witnessing the transformative journey of women during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond deeply resonated with her. This period of her career solidified her commitment to providing personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care to women of all ages.
In 2011, Jennifer earned her Masters in Nursing and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. This academic achievement equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of women's health and to better serve her patients.
From 2011 to the present, she has been dedicated to providing care to women throughout their entire lifespan. Her areas of special interest include perimenopause and menopause transition, where she focuses on understanding how these phases impact women's health. Additionally, she is passionate about educating high school to college-aged women about their bodies and their healthcare needs.
Jennifer understands that every woman's experience is unique, and their healthcare needs should reflect that individuality. Dr. Lisa Joliat, MD, FACP, NCMP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over two
decades of experience in patient care. Originally from Canton, Ohio, she graduated summa cum
laude from The Ohio State University and earned her medical degree from the University of
Cincinnati, achieving AOA status and receiving notable awards.
Completing her internal medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1996, Dr. Joliat began her professional journey with Alliance Primary Care. She also served as an Adjunct Instructor of Clinical Medicine at the UC Department of Internal Medicine. She expanded her expertise by obtaining certification as a menopause provider and, in 2003, joined Lisa Larkin MD and Associates. In 2011, she transitioned to Mercy Health, where her commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction has gained recognition.
She provides comprehensive primary care with a focus on evidence-based practices, prevention, and overall well-being. Dr. Joliat emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle as a fundamental element for optimal management.

Introducing Dr. Jacqueline Ward, MD, PhD, a distinguished addition to Concierge Medicine of
Cincinnati. Board-certified in internal medicine since 1999, Dr. Ward brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience to our practice. A native of Cincinnati, Dr. Ward pursued her
undergraduate studies in Nutrition Science at Purdue University, graduating with highest
honors. She then earned both her PhD in Immunology and medical degree through the
prestigious Medical Scientist Training Program Fellowship at The Ohio State University,
graduating summa cum laude.
During her training, Dr. Ward garnered numerous honors, including the Medical Scientist Award, the Department of Internal Medicine Outstanding Senior Award and induction into the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha society. She completed her internal medicine residency and an NIH- sponsored cancer research fellowship at Ohio State, solidifying her foundation in comprehensive patient care and cutting-edge research.
In 2002, Dr. Ward joined The Ohio State University faculty as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine before returning to her hometown in 2004 to join Alliance Primary Care, later transitioning to Mercy Health in 2010. Over her 20-year tenure with these organizations, she not only provided outstanding patient care but also assumed various leadership roles, with a primary focus on medical informatics optimization, support, and training.
As of June 2024, Dr. Ward will be extending her exceptional care to patients aged 18 and older at our new Kenwood location. Her areas of special interest include preventive care, cancer survivorship, and the management of diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. Committed to staying at the forefront of medical innovation, she will also undertake an advanced credentialing course in menopause management.

professional since 2015, Dr. Kappa hails from Baton Rouge, LA, and boasts an

Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in classical studies and a minor in nutrition,

In 2024, Dr. Kappa is embarking on an exciting new chapter by transitioning her practice to Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati (CMOC). Specializing in chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia, she is also passionate about preventive medicine. Outside the office, Dr. Kappa enjoys quality time with her husband (an Ob/Gyn) and three children. With a love for reading and a talent for cooking Cajun-inspired cuisine, Dr. Kappa is thrilled to bring her expertise to the new Kenwood location of CMOC starting in June 2024.
