Our experienced, board-certified internal medicine physicians—Dr. Larkin, Dr. Wright, Dr. Chaudhry, Dr. Ward, and Dr. Kappa—maintain smaller patient panels, allowing them to dedicate the time and attention necessary to deliver the highest-quality care.

membership essentials

  • Our all-inclusive Concierge Internal Medicine Membership operates outside of insurance and Medicare, allowing for complete price transparency. You will never receive a bill from us for your in-office care.

  • The annual membership fee includes a comprehensive, sex-specific annual wellness exam and unlimited additional in-office visits.

  • CMoC has three convenient locations: Mariemont, Mason, and Kenwood.

  • As a member, you enjoy the convenience of direct, 24/7 access to your physician via cell phone or text for any urgent health needs.

  • Same-day or next-day appointments are guaranteed for urgent health issues.

  • Rest assured, referrals to specialists, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations are billed to your insurance, ensuring you have comprehensive coverage.

  • Labs and imaging services are billed to insurance.

  • Vaccines are available in our offices and are billed to insurance through Vaxcare.

  • We use Athena Electronic Health Record, which provides patients with access to their health information through the Athena patient portal.

THE INVESTMENT

Annual Cost: $2,750 ($4,750 with Dr. Larkin)

- The initial membership commitment is for a 6-month period, after which you may continue your membership on a month-to-month basis.

Additional Costs: No additional costs for in-office visits, home visits are $225-$300 (depending on location and duration)
