At Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati (CMoC), we've developed a Direct Primary Care Employee Program specifically designed for self-insured companies seeking to enhance their employees' access to primary care while simultaneously reducing healthcare costs. This innovative direct primary care employee program aims to decrease employee absenteeism, improve overall employee health, reduce emergency room visits, and potentially lower insurance costs for employers.

Our CMoC Direct Primary Care Employee Program provides employers and their employees access to primary care clinicians at three convenient locations across Cincinnati. Care is primarily delivered by our team of highly experienced mid-level providers, including three Nurse Practitioners and one Physician Assistant, all of whom are supported by our physicians.

We offer comprehensive direct primary care services, encompassing urgent care, chronic disease management, and preventative care. Our in-office services include IV fluid administration when necessary, on-site labs (billed to insurance), and an on-site pharmacy for generic medications, ensuring convenience and immediate care for your employees.

Our providers' advanced training in midlife women's health sets our program apart. All are certified as menopause practitioners by The Menopause Society, allowing us to offer specialized care in areas such as contraception, menopause management, sexual health, and in-office gynecology.

  • At CMoC, our Direct Primary Care is primarily delivered by our team of highly experienced advanced practice providers, consisting of three Nurse Practitioners and one Physician Assistant.

  • Our practice model prioritizes customer service. In-office staff answer calls and coordinate care in ways traditional practices cannot.

  • We encourage our providers to attend at least two professional meetings per year to help them stay current with the latest medical advancements.

  • Our model allows CMoC to remain at the forefront of medical care, quickly adopting new technologies, services, and diagnostics to ensure patients receive the most up-to-date, high-quality, evidence-based care.

  • Our Direct Primary Care Employee Program operates outside of insurance and Medicare, allowing for complete price transparency.

  • The program fee includes a comprehensive, sex-specific annual wellness exam and up to four other visits per year. Additional visits are subject to a patient copay of $50 per visit.

  • CMoC has three convenient locations: Mariemont, Mason, and Kenwood.

  • Rest assured, referrals to specialists, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations are billed to insurance, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

  • Labs and imaging services are billed to insurance.

  • Vaccines are available in our offices and are billed to insurance through Vaxcare.

  • We use Athena Electronic Health Record, which provides patients with access to their health information through the Athena patient portal.


THE INVESTMENT

Monthly Cost: $80 per enrolled member - to be paid by Employer.

The program requires a 12-month commitment with a minimum enrollment of 10 patients.
