At Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati (CMoC), our Women's Health and Wellness Consults, led by Jennifer Battaglia WHNP, offer expert, evidence-based care tailored to women's diverse health needs. These in-person, individual visits cover a comprehensive range of services, from routine annual well-woman exams and PAP smears to specialized care for complex conditions.

Our services include contraceptive counseling, adolescent gynecology, and management of various women's health conditions such as PMDD, perimenopause, menopause, irregular bleeding, sexual health concerns, incontinence, endometriosis, and PCOS. We also provide migraine management, breast cancer risk assessments, hereditary cancer genetics consultations, and weight management guidance.

In-office procedures like IUD placement/removal, vulvar and endometrial biopsies, and Nexplanon insertion/removal are available and charged individually. While we can prescribe medications for specific conditions not requiring ongoing follow-up, patients needing continuous monitoring will be advised to join our Women's Health Direct Care program for comprehensive care.

the essentials

  • Our Women’s Health Direct Care membership operates outside of insurance and Medicare, allowing for complete price transparency.

  • Procedures are billed per individual procedure.

  • In-office procedures include IUD placement/removal, vulval biopsies, endometrial biopsies, Nexplanon.

  • CMoC has three convenient locations: Mariemont, Mason, and Kenwood.

  • Medications will be prescribed for specific conditions that do not need ongoing follow-up (i.e. oral contraceptive starts). For conditions requiring medications and ongoing monitoring, consult patients must join the Women’s Health Direct Program Membership.

  • Rest assured, referrals to specialists, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations are billed to your insurance, ensuring you have comprehensive coverage.

  • Labs and imaging services are billed to insurance.

  • Vaccines are available in our offices and are billed to insurance through Vaxcare.

  • We use Athena Electronic Health Record, which provides patients with access to their health information through the Athena patient portal.
