For women who already have a primary care physician, CMoC offers a concierge women’s health-only membership focused on the unique needs of midlife and beyond.
Membership includes the following:
Perimenopause and Menopause Management
Sexual Health, including sexual pain and low libido
Breast Cancer Risk Assessment, including breast cancer genetics
Breast Cancer prevention, including management of risk-reducing medications
Breast Cancer Survivorship (including menopause and sexual health management after breast cancer)
Metabolic Health and Cardiovascular Disease Prevention for Women
Osteoporosis prevention and management
Developing a comprehensive health and wellness plan for women
Availability for Precision diagnostic testing, including hereditary cancer genetics, and blood-based early cancer detection
It’s a focused, high-level program designed to deliver the specialized women’s care rarely available in traditional practices.

THE INVESTMENT

The initial commitment for our Women’s Health Concierge Care membership is 6 months. After this initial term, members have the flexibility to continue on a month-to-month basis.
