At Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati (CMoC), our Women's Health Direct Care program, led by Jennifer Battaglia WHNP, offers a comprehensive approach to women's health care. This direct health care program is not only designed to be comprehensive but also affordable and accessible, empowering women of all ages, with a focus on those 55 and under, and accommodating older women who have an established primary care provider.
Our direct primary care program caters to a diverse range of needs, from adolescents and college-age women seeking their first exams or contraceptive care to midlife women navigating the complexities of perimenopause and menopause. We provide evidence-based guidance and support for sexual health concerns, breast cancer risk assessment, weight management, and various gynecological issues that women may face.
Our extensive direct health care services include routine gynecological care, STI prevention and treatment, management of conditions such as PMDD, endometriosis, and PCOS, and specialized care for perimenopause, menopause, and sexual health concerns. We also offer breast cancer risk assessment, hereditary cancer genetics counseling, and a range of in-office procedures, including IUD placement/removal, vulvar and endometrial biopsies, and Nexplanon insertion/removal.

Our practice model prioritizes customer service. In-office staff answer calls and coordinate care in ways traditional practices cannot.
We encourage our providers to attend at least two professional meetings per year to help them stay current with the latest medical advancements.

membership essentials
Our Women’s Health Direct Care membership operates outside of insurance and Medicare, allowing for complete price transparency.
The annual membership fee includes PAP’s, contraceptive counseling and management, adolescent gynecology (first exam), precollege gynecology visit and counseling, STI prevention counseling, STI treatment, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perimenopause and menopause management, evaluation and management of irregular bleeding, sexual health care (low libido and sexual pain), incontinence, endometriosis, PCOS, migraine management, breast cancer risk assessment and prevention, hereditary cancer genetics, and weight management/obesity medicine. In-office procedures include IUD placement/removal, vulvar biopsies, endometrial biopsies, and Nexplanon.
Women 55 and older are welcome to join the program but must have an established primary care provider within our practice or elsewhere to ensure comprehensive health management.
For women under 55, Jennifer Battaglia WHNP can serve as their primary care provider and offer comprehensive health services.
CMoC has three convenient locations: Mariemont, Mason, and Kenwood.
Rest assured, referrals to specialists, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations are billed to your insurance, ensuring you have comprehensive coverage.
Labs and imaging services are billed to insurance.
Vaccines are available in our offices and are billed to insurance through Vaxcare.
We use Athena Electronic Health Record, which provides patients with access to their health information through the Athena patient portal.
THE INVESTMENT
Annual/monthly price based on age ($40, $50, $70 or $90/month) plus a small per visit fee. ($50 for a 30-minute visit, $100 for 60 minute visit)
The initial commitment for our Direct Primary Care program is a 6-month period. After this initial term, members have the flexibility to continue on a month-to-month basis.
